From cortical entry to subcortical limits of resection

Cases across the seven scenarios combine imaging, operative views and cortical and subcortical mapping findings. Participants identify the functions at risk, select appropriate tasks and stimulation approaches, and discuss the pathways that may explain each response. Faculty show how the findings change the corridor, direction or sequence of resection and the decision to continue, redirect, pause or leave residual tumour.
