How cortical mapping changes the operative plan

Interactive cases focus on cortical task selection, interpretation of stimulation findings and the reliability of negative mapping. Participants discuss how a cortical map changes the exposure, cortical entry point, operative corridor and initial sequence of resection. Each case concludes with the faculty’s revised strategy and the finding that prompted it.
