Stage design with our 24 m² 1.95 mm pitch LED wall, podiums, lounge sets and branded backdrops.
Sound
Speech reinforcement, wireless microphones and Dante audio networking.
Lighting
Stage and scenic lighting designed and operated by our lighting director.
Video and broadcast
Multi-camera video over SMPTE ST 2110, ATEM switching, screen graphics and recording.
Live surgery and lab streaming
Feeds from NeuroLab stations or operating theatres to the plenary hall and online.
Hybrid and streaming
Live streaming to online audiences, interpretation feed and on-demand archive.
Graphic design
Screen masks, podium and backdrop artwork, certificates and programme layouts.
Photo and video
Event photography, speaker promo videos and post-event promo videos.
Infrastructure
Broadcast infrastructure, not conference-room AV
Video runs over SMPTE ST 2110 and audio over Dante, so sources from the stage, the lab and remote speakers come together in one control room. The same equipment is maintained by our warehouse team and is available for hire through ESP Rentals.
