The brief
A branded room for a Friday evening and a full Saturday.
The meeting opened on Friday evening, closed with dinner and cocktail, and continued through Saturday. The hall was set for 100 people in theatre style, with a stage, LED screen, podium and a four-seat panel lounge.
On Saturday two sessions were streamed live from a clinic in Thessaloniki into the hall.

How the course ran
FRI 5 JUN · EVENING
Day one
- Sessions on toxins, skin quality and acne
- Panel discussions moderated from the stage lounge
- Dinner and cocktail with a 360 photobooth
SAT 6 JUN · 09:15–16:00
Day two
- Sessions on rosacea, dermal fillers, photodynamic therapy and biostimulation
- Two sessions streamed live from a clinic in Thessaloniki
What we delivered
Event management and production from one team
- Event management and coordination with the client
- Registration desk in the foyer, with white furniture supplied by ESP
- Stage with LED screen, podium screen with the speaker name and a four-seat lounge panel
- Confidence screen for the panel and a technical control desk in the hall
- Live streaming from the clinic into the hall
- Camera recording of the sessions
- Branded letters in the hall and in the foyer
- Photobooth in the foyer and a 360 photobooth at the dinner
