organized by the Hellenic Neurosurgical Society—offers a comprehensive
educational program combining high-level didactic lectures with structured
cadaveric dissections. The course is specifically designed to cover the f
undamental surgical approaches and detailed skull base anatomy that form t
he core knowledge base required of every skull base neurosurgeon. Particip
ants will receive systematic training in open and endoscopic skull base te

endonasal and sellar anatomy\, highlighting contemporary surgical options
and decision-making principles. Through a balanced integration of theory
and hands-on practice\, the course aims to enhance anatomical understandin
